The Role
Overview
Internal sales rep selling steel access and drainage solutions to merchants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Responsible for identifying new business opportunities -You will mainly be selling into independent & national merchants, also to a lesser extent: architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, ground workers, civil engineers -Assisting quotations and order processing, chasing & following up as appropriate -Qualifying sales leads and passing across to the external sales teams -Handling transport and logistics supporting sale delivery -Internal Sales role promoting predominantly a manufactured range of access & drainage solutions such as: access cover, gully gratings, steel covers, drainage etc.

-Computer and Microsoft office literacy -Confident telephone manner and negotiating ability -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ideally working for or having sold to builders merchants and/or worked in a sales support role
