Tasks

-Collaborate with renewable developers, technology providers, and EPC partners to deliver fully integrated, sustainable campus solutions -Provide technical and commercial input during project structuring, financing, and customer engagement -Coordinate with internal engineering, interconnection, and real estate teams to align development and energy infrastructure goals -Manage permitting, entitlements, and utility coordination for both data center and energy assets -Support site origination, land acquisition, and feasibility assessments for new and existing projects -Lead site development and project execution for data centers and renewable co-location projects, with a focus on BESS integration -Work closely with power markets, utilities, and grid operators to secure interconnection and optimize site-level energy design -Report to senior development leadership and support regional portfolio expansion

Are you an experienced development professional passionate about integrating renewable energy solutions with next-generation digital infrastructure? -Understanding of energy storage systems, grid interconnection processes, and power infrastructure -Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills -Proven track record of managing site development, permitting, and interconnection for large-scale projects -Experience in infrastructure or renewable energy development, ideally with exposure to data centers, BESS, or hybrid power systems -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Planning, Real Estate, or a related discipline -Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and regulatory teams
