Overview

Tasks

-Provide back-up for the Reception team and replenish catering stocks in staff kitchens -Manage stationery orders and assist with file archiving and retrieval -Organise couriers and ensure special delivery mail deadlines are met -Deliver packages locally and handle large volume scanning, photocopying, and printing requests -Open and distribute post each morning and manage afternoon post collection, sorting, and franking

This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to support the Operations department while gaining valuable experience in a global legal environment. This role is 100% office based. This role includes the opportunity to enrol into an apprenticeship programme; participation is optional and not a requirement for the position.
