Tasks

-Participate in monthly S&OP supply meetings with manufacturing partners. -Conducts weekly alignment meeting with each assigned plant of responsibility, aligning supply activities with the corporate S&OP (Sales & Operations Plan) -Monitors min and max inventory levels by plant and distribution center to identify supply issues or opportunities -Ensure that optimum inventory level of Finished Goods in each plant are maintained to meet or exceed customer order fill rates. -Utilization of a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for inventory strategies. -Review inventory trends to proactively communicate supply risks, determine necessary actions to solve and communicate action plan -The employee will be typing, answering the phone, and using their hands in other ways throughout the day and must have full use of their hands. -Create rolling item supply plans that links to customer demand by location -Build relationship with assigned manufacturing plants and procurement teams. -Create interplant transfers and monitor execution -Timely and accurate submission of required reports -Review and assess supply trends to understand and isolate potential execution gaps -Drive improved Customer Service metrics (OTIFNE) to directly impact customer experience -Plan and implement short-term (8 week) supply plans within inventory targets. -Analyze and refine Oracle Cloud supply recommendations based on business needs, inventory levels and customer demand

-Highly Collaborative across functions -Experience with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office. -Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, computer science preferred. -Strong organizational skills -Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success -Experience with Power BI or Tableau a benefit -Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills -The employee will be sitting at a desk for an extended period of time, so they must be able to sit in a chair for 8 hours at a time -Strong time-management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks -Ability to learn and leverage Oracle Cloud Supply Planning -Strong bias for action -Understands, demonstrates, and contributes to developing Standard Work -Strong written and verbal skills
