Tasks

✅ Review and validate product non-conformances, quality procedures, and engineering requirements ✅ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to eliminate reoccurrence ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability ✅ Guide teams in maintaining compliance with Quality Management Systems and industry standards ✅ Support configuration management, process improvement, and product validation activities

What You Bring

🔹 Strong background interpreting engineering drawings and specifications 🔹 5+ years in Quality, CAPA, or RCCA processes 🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 🔹 Proven experience with Quality Management Systems and data analysis 🔹 Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Production Specialist to join the team and play a key role in driving product excellence and continuous improvement across aerospace and manufacturing operations.
