Engage and develop relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including Market Directors, Key Account Managers, and Capability Leads to inform workforce planning, assess our clients’ needs and challenges, and understand the breadth of AtkinsRéalis capabilities and solutions.
For pursuits of utmost strategic importance and during peaks in workload act as Capture Manager, leading the development and execution of capture strategies and value propositions.
Maintain presence within the external proposals industry and develop relationships with strategic suppliers to source innovations and best practice in capture management.
Identify and implement actions to continuously improve our capture management capabilities.
Work closely with Proposal Lead to support seamless handover of our value proposition so that this can be articulated in our written proposals.
Collaborate with our Market Directors to critically the review pipeline of strategic pursuits and support effective Go/No-Go decisions to prioritise investment in opportunities that will deliver growth.
Analyse client needs and competitor capabilities and align AtkinsRéalis solutions to develop differentiated, compelling value propositions, and support the development of associated marketing campaigns.
Oversee the operational management, pastoral care, and career development of Capture Managers.
Develop and maintain an understanding of AtkinsRéalis competitors’ capabilities, value propositions, and key people in our core markets to support effective competitor analyses.
Work with our Learning & Talent Development team to create training and guidance materials that will enhance our capture management capabilities.
