Overview

Manage outside sales of solar solutions, building client relationships and meeting targets.

Tasks

-Develop and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility. -Generate project proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs and preferences. -Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. -Actively manage sales pipelines using our Company CRM system (Smartsheet). -Analyze client energy usage and determine the financial return on investment for solar solutions. -Manage customer communications, expectations, and follow-up. -Execute against generated leads, while also developing referral sources.

What You Bring

-2 years of sales experience in solar or construction industry (preferred) -Experience using CRM systems -Dedicated work ethic focused on meeting and exceeding goals. -Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Benefits

-Competitive salary -Salary: $40,000 base plus commission.
