Tasks
-Facilitate collaboration between departments to optimize material flow, reduce downtime, and support logistics planning to meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing costs. -Lead individual performance reviews, career development, and compensation discussions with team members. -Drive Lean and other improvement projects targeting waste reduction, print quality, and delivery accuracy. -Monitor KPIs (e.g., throughput, waste reduction, on-time delivery) and lead root cause analysis to drive corrective actions. -Standardize operational processes across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency. -Implement Leader Standard Work (LSW) tailored to each department to ensure disciplined operational practices. -Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track multi-department performance. -Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all operations. -Partner with Converting, Printing, and Logistics teams to identify performance gaps, implement improvement initiatives, and align projects with business objectives. -Promote proactive risk identification and mitigation to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. -Mentor Shift Leaders to help employees understand and embrace the team vision, strategies, and priorities, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). -Willingness and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. -Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. -5+ years of experience in multi-department operations leadership (preferably in manufacturing). -Proven track record in performance improvement and process optimization. -Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenance principles. -Knowledge of printing technologies, converting processes, and logistics planning. -Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively. -Experience in a supervisory role with direct reports within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. -Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
