Tasks

ServicePoint IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role involves supporting all stages of project planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope. -Help track and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines. -Coordinate project timelines, resources, and communications between stakeholders. -Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution of IT projects. -Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management. -Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. -Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project needs are addressed. -Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items. -Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, and status reports. -Work on a high-impact, long-term project with a team that values efficiency, safety, and quality. -Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and assist in resolving issues. -Assist with risk management, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
