Tasks

-Collaborate with the team to deliver quality and efficient solutions -Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements -Monitor and manage dispute management procedures -Engage with health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives and activities. -Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled -Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract

Requirements

• cscs card
• qs experience
• commercial law
• mep experience
• design build

What You Bring

-Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject -Relevant CSCS Card -Previous experience at QS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £5-10M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law -Experience of running MEP projects on large MEP projects -Experience with Design and Build forms of contract
