Tasks

The Project Manager will bring structure, consistency and focus to how projects are defined, planned and delivered across the business. The successful candidate will also play a key role in introducing a fit-for-purpose project management framework and embedding it as part of the company’s long-term way of working. -Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes. -Coach and support team members in applying project management best practices. -Manage budgets, timelines and resources responsibly. -Lead the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects aligned with company priorities. -Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies. -Introduce and maintain project management tools or systems (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana). -Provide regular project updates to the Senior Leadership Team. -Design and implement a project management framework tailored to the company’s size and culture. -Drive a structured, proactive and solution-oriented project management culture. -Work closely with project sponsors, leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. -Engage and oversee external partners or vendors when required. -Track progress, budgets and resource allocation, proactively managing risks and issues. -Develop templates, processes and reporting standards to ensure governance and consistency. -Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the organisation on a 2-year fixed-term contract, reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic projects that will directly support the company’s growth and transformation agenda. If you are living in Ireland and hold a valid work permit, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search. -Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. -Previous experience in project management within a manufacturing, FMCG or retail environment is advantageous. -3–5 years’ experience in a project management role. -Project management certification desirable, but not essential. -Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. -Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.). -Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on-time, within budget and to a high standard.

Benefits

-Hybrid working (3 days on-site / 2 WFH). -Pension after probation. -Competitive salary (€60K–€75K, depending on experience). -25 days annual leave. -Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 DOE + Benefits
