The Role

Overview

Install, service, and maintain fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems.

Tasks

-Submit complete and accurate paperwork such as travel records, warranty reports, and code issues in a timely manner -Conduct testing and inspection of systems under maintenance agreement -Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material to management -Installation and service of commercial fire alarms and associated low voltage systems. -Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised -Communicate with customers on job status or completion -Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy -Test operation of all components of each system -Respond and complete system troubleshooting and repairs -Conduct site surveys upon request of management -Prepare service and status reports

What You Bring

-Valid Low or High Voltage License preferred -Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds -Ability to work independently on customer job sites -Currently have and maintain a clean driving record and valid Driver's License -Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in alarm industry -Familiarity with the following product lines: Notifier, Honeywell, DSC, Napco, Door King, Firelite, Silent Knight desired. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Proficiency in English is required.
