Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Support junior business development staff through coaching, training, and sharing best practices. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Manage the development of high-quality proposals and presentations in collaboration with estimating, planning, operations, and marketing teams. Ensure proposals are compelling, accurate, and tailored to client needs.
Lead the sales process for assigned opportunities, including client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Collaborate with global and regional business units (GBU/RBU) to ensure seamless integration of business development efforts, resource planning, and project execution.
Partner with the Business Unit Leader and Director of Business Development to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic ATF accounts that align with business growth objectives.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to leadership.
Ensure all business development activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools, and methodologies. Recommend innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
