-Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination abilities. -Framework & Toolchain Integration -Ability to translate business objectives into executable technical programs with measurable outcomes. -Experience with cloud orchestration tools (e.g., OpenStack, VMware vRealize, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). -Proven experience in program management within cloud infrastructure, automation, or enterprise IT transformation. -Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, and DevOps toolchains. -Understanding of Managed service operations, capacity management, and compliance frameworks. -About 6-10 Years of relevant experience -Familiarity with cloud cost management, billing automation, and FinOps principles. -Excellent project management skills – agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and milestone tracking. -Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning, and monitoring integration.
