The Role
Overview
Lead civil engineering design for land development projects in the Pacific Northwest
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Lead design of grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway infrastructure. -Prepare technical drawings, reports, and permit submittals. -Conduct occasional site visits and attend client meetings as needed. -Serve as Engineer of Record on-site development projects and stamp final deliverables. -Coordinate with clients, agency reviewers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. -Mentor and review the work of EITs and junior engineers.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with local agency design standards. -Experience mentoring junior staff. -Prior experience working on commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments. -Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple active projects. -A licensed PE in Washington or Oregon (or able to obtain reciprocity quickly). -An effective communicator—both written and verbal. -Proficient with Civil 3D or similar design tools. -A civil engineer with 5–10 years of experience in land development. -MicroStation/InRoads experience.
