Tasks

Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities Drive regional sales growth plan while providing Water Technologies Science and Healthcare Teams with valuable Market Insights and Product feedback Lead and develop regular customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term success Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each business unit to consistently exceed Targets Sales metric driven (KPIs) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, developing lead generation as well as focusing on key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. What You Bring

Understanding of laboratory instrumentation workflows and key drivers Strong balance of sales hunting and account management skills Extensive sales experience in the scientific / lab equipment industry (up to 8 years) Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range. Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development Ability to secure and manage high-value international deals Presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience working in international markets Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage) Experience managing third-party channels and global accounts Business-conscious and commercially astute This role involves frequent international travel. When not travelling, you will be based at our Water Technologies offices in Lane End, High Wycombe.
