The Role

Tasks

-Assist in coordinating customer meetings, webinars, and other sales-related events. -Conduct customer and market research, helping to identify new opportunities and benchmark performance against competitors. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service) on initiatives that support the sales process. -Assist with maintaining and updating the sales CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accuracy of customer data and sales pipeline information. -Partner with sales representatives and managers to track leads, monitor order progress, and follow up on customer inquiries. -Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. -Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. -Ability to communicate effectively verbally. -Ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or a paper copy. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -High school diploma or GED required. -Effective verbal and written communication skills. -Experience with data analysis, reporting, or sales support tasks. -Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). -Cumulative college GPA of 3.0 or higher.
