-Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -Ability to establish and maintain strongrelationships -Proven ability to meet corporate deadlines by utilizing effective time management skills. -Prior management experience -Strong ability to work within a team-setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate. -Exceptional communication skills -- both written andverbal -Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key businesspartners -Strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and time management skills -Demonstrated leadership capabilities; including motivating teams, employee development, and being results oriented. -Understands market and industry trends. -Home building or related construction/real estate industry preferred -Minimum 7 years proven land experience in acquisition, contract negotiation and relationship building. -Strong land negotiation and contract skills. -Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively. -Computer and financial analysis proficiencies along with the ability to utilize Web based software to efficiently seek out Land opportunities in desirable locations. -Bachelor's degree in a business-related field -Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships. -Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications with particular strength in Excel.
