Tasks

-Oversee all on-site activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. -Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and contribute to project planning and sequencing. -Maintain strict compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards and environmental management requirements. -Build positive relationships with the client, consultants, and centre management. -Manage remediation, civil, and car park construction works, ensuring minimal disruption to shopping centre operations. -Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Current White Card and First Aid Certificate essential; Cert IV / Diploma in Building & Construction or equivalent preferred -Solid understanding of Australian construction regulations, standards, and WHS practices. -Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, infrastructure, or remediation projects. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. -Strong background working in live environments such as retail centres, hospitals, or commercial precincts.
