  • Convert 2D drawing information to 3D Revit models for design and construction details, including the creation of custom parametric Revit families
  • Process, register, and publish laser scan point cloud data for coordination
  • to Participate in virtual collaboration meetings with the project team, while leveraging the coordination model as a decision-making tool to solve complex coordination issues Estimating
  • Support innovation through research and testing modern technologies
  • Create 4D/5D construction sequence animations using Navisworks, Synchro, and Lumion software for proposals and construction teams
  • Provide model-based layout coordinates to field surveying teams onsite for the layout of self-perform concrete, steel, utilities, and other systems
  • Extract quantity data from Revit building information models (BIM) for estimating teams, while cross-referencing contract drawings and specifications for model accuracy Design Detailing
  • Develop and maintain integrated project coordination models using Navisworks software, and create clash detection reports based on analysis of multiple design disciplines and trade subcontractor 3D models

  • Understanding of different needs of the delivery team (architects, engineers, estimators, project managers, and field staff)
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities
  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in BIM/VDC Technologies in the AEC/BHS industry
  • Ability to organize and manage complex implementation tasks, establish and meet schedules and maintain focus on goals
  • bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction technology (Level I & II)
  • Understanding of project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases) and project management
