Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at iDesign.Market. You will be responsible for client onboarding, managing relationships, and ensuring successful software implementation. As the single point of contact, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term retention.

What You Bring

-Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building Skills -Must possess a proven understanding of the corporate business world, with prior experience in SaaS preferred -Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field -Comfortable presenting to a room, aided by strong written and verbal communication skills -Experience in customer success or account management -Analytical skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions -Knowledge of CRM systems
