Tasks

-Performs a variety of administrative duties to support assigned leader, including managing the calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences while prioritizing conflicting demands -Supports the assigned leader with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed -Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying messages, and facilitating communication -Files and manages expense reports, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation of expenses incurred. Includes tracking reimbursement status and resolving any discrepancies or issues -Interfaces with suppliers and vendors regarding requests for quotes, purchase orders and invoicing -Drafts documents and presentations of documents and presentations on behalf of the leader -Organizes and maintains files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information -Arranges travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas -Prepares various templated weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for assigned leader and performs basic research as requested -A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

What You Bring

-Two or more years of experience performing advanced administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions. -Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. -Experience in supporting leadership to coordinate and host large staff or vendor meetings by making arrangement for logistics, coordinating agendas, coordinating meeting material, and sending communications. -Excellent organizational and time management abilities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). -This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to continue through the selection process will be invited to test via email. Reference our Information Guides for the following tests: EEI BCAB (Test #5206). Candidates who have previously passed these assessment(s), in some cases, may not need to retest again for this position. -Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. -Ability to support multiple physical locations, splitting time across Westminster (primary) and Pomona. -Proficiency in purchasing, invoicing, and other procurement related activities. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Position will require traveling between various SCE local facilities throughout the SCE service territory. -Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments.

Benefits

-This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
