-15+ years of Building and construction experience -Proven experience stepping into a problem project and quickly identifying problem areas or concerns and setting direction for correcting the issue -5+ years in a Top Leadership position for multiple projects -15+ years experience scheduling and prioritizing activities. -8+ years actively creating a Safety and QA/QC Cultural -Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience. -Demonstrated ability to Mentor and develop talent. -10+ years experience identifying and dealing with Risk & Mitigation procedures
