Overview
Design and engineer Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) for railway projects.

Tasks
-In all activities to contribute to the development of WSP business in the field of railway infrastructure engineering -Independantly handle Overhead line electrification projects -Contribute to developing WSP company expertise in OLE engineering and Rail Engineering -Interact with other rail disciplines and gather/provide design related information -Organise Knowledge share and lesson’s learnt sessions from projects/tasks -Report writing, Design Calculations and Inter disciplinary meetings to be handled effectively on projects -Participate in Internal and External Audit preparations -Delivering OLE (design and consultancy) specific tasks -Contributing OLE inputs to electrification engineering (design and consultancy) projects -Contributing OLE engineering input to multi-disciplinary railway engineering (design and consultancy) projects -Train and mentor Graduate and Junior engineers.

What You Bring
-Expertise in Overhead wiring design related calculations. -Quality and safety oriented design skills with on time delivery approach. -Experience with AutoCad and Microstation -Excellent interpersonal skills -6-10 years of Experience in OLE design Australian geography experience will be preferred -Well versed with MS office specially Power point -Expertise in Preparation and checking of Layout plans, Bonding plans, cross sections, switching cross sections, Yard designs, clearance studies, Bridge calculations and profiling. -Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India. -Compliance with company safety and ethics policies. -Communicate Effectively with Australia -Observation of company quality and project management disciplines and procedures, as relevant to tasks undertaken -Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
