Overview
Analyze environmental data, lead assessments, and provide technical reports for energy projects.

Tasks
-Develop technical methodologies and estimates for client proposals. It is expected that the candidate is able to contribute to the development of proposals and other business-related functions. -Work alongside customers to track overall initiative progress and communicate with stakeholders and leadership. -Prepare environmental assessment reports, specifically as they relate to impact assessment and nuclear safety and licensing. -Provide OPEX and industry best practices and insights to projects. -Prepare and review scopes of work, proposals, and manage contractor work. -Lead and contribute to analysis of technical results and report writing. -Conduct SME reviews on environmental data, reports, or scopes of work. -Provide technical leadership or key capabilities that support specialized program areas, including proposing, planning, and/or leading projects. -Conduct project team planning such that there is successful integration.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology) or Engineering (Environmental). -Kinectrics is open to qualified candidates across Canada. -Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in: -Ability to integrate technical inputs from various sources across multiple disciplines into cohesive technical assessments. -7-15 years of technical experience in industry or government. Experience in a highly regulated industry is considered an asset. Prior nuclear industry experience is preferred, but not required. -Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Senior applicants, are expected to work as independent contributors with junior to intermediate applicants working under the direction of fully-qualified staff. -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interface effectively and gain clients' trust. -Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a quality management system. -Occasional travel to other Kinectrics’ locations, client sites, and key industry events will be required. -Familiarity with Canadian nuclear regulatory requirements and environmental regulations is an asset. -Capability to work in a project-driven environment, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adhere to project constraints (time, cost, quality). -Ability to organize and prioritize work and coordinate multiple activities efficiently. -Willingness to learn, development, and understand changing requirements and apply to ongoing work.
