Lead due diligence and advisory services for infrastructure transactions in SE Asia

Tasks

-Identify and focus on a number of key accounts for the Transaction Services team to (a) deepen these relationships and improve win rate and (b) focus on a select number of new ones with serial deal doers. -Support Arup leaders across SE Asia to identify talent, build capacity, develop skills, and share experience. Contribute to incremental growth of the transaction services team and contribute to wider growth of Arup’s Advisory business. -Build internal network with various businesses to ensure mobilization of wider Arup expertise across planning, design, engineering, finance, and research sectors to meet specific client needs. -Identify, pursue, secure, and deliver due diligence studies and lenders technical advisor projects across the region. Provide technical expertise in all aspects of due diligence services. -Cross sell wider planning & advisory services as well as identify and develop wider downstream opportunities for Arup via ‘trusted advisor’ relationships.

What You Bring

-Ability to maintain personal effectiveness, workload issues, and team and client relationships, both under normal circumstances, and at times of significant pressure. -Demonstrated success in leading the execution of technical and commercial due diligence mandates, and preparing compelling pitches to clients. -Technical knowledge and pre-existing relationships with tier 1 Singapore-based infrastructure investors and/or financial advisers. -Keen understanding of “customer” needs (both internal and external), and a strong ability to effectively manage the issues which may impact on maintaining effectiveness within a commercial environment. -Understanding of investor decision making processes and metrics, including mechanisms to mitigate risks to Arup.
