Tasks

-Manage and oversee the delivery of ITS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and budget requirements. -Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of ITS advancements. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITS solutions. -Lead the ITS practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. -Provide technical expertise and guidance on ITS technologies and solutions. -Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. -Identify opportunities for growth within the ITS practice area and develop plans to capitalize on them.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to ITS. -Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. -Experience with emerging ITS technologies such as autonomous vehicles, connected infrastructure, and smart cities. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. -Excellent leadership and team management skills. -Proven experience in managing and delivering complex ITS projects. -Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITS or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. -Professional certifications in ITS or project management (e.g., PMP, ITS certification). -Strong knowledge of ITS technologies, standards, and best practices.
