Tasks

-Collaborate with engineering, procurement, field operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. -Act as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead project execution with full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, and safety—from initial proposal through final closeout. -Monitor project progress, manage risks, forecast cost and schedule impacts, and ensure compliance with contract and regulatory standards. -Manage one phase of a large, complex project or multiple medium-sized projects ranging from $500K to $20M. -Champion jobsite safety, promote a culture of accountability, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

-PMP certification is desired. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Electrical background or utility construction experience is a major plus. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Primavera, HCSS, or similar. -You thrive on new challenges and evolving technologies. -3-5 years of Project Management experience—preferably in the electrical utility sector. -A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. -Ability and willingness to travel and support onsite projects. -Experience managing Transmission/Distribution projects is strongly preferred.
