Overview
Manage commercial proposals for CTS equipment, handling pricing, contracts, and cross‑functional teams.

Tasks
-Being accountable for orders volume, pricing, profitability, proposal timeliness & quality, hit rate / win rate, convertibility targets for the region -Defining the pricing strategy on every deal and lead the deal strategy review. -Ensuring company risk process is followed. -Coordinating a multi-disciplinary team including Engineering, Supply chain, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure timely flow of information -Developing, preparing and managing proposals, having the ability to structure commercially and technically creative solutions that exceed Customers expectations and increase win rate. -Driving internal targeted cost reduction for specific deals and overall products. -Reviewing terms and conditions, identifying deviations, and leading contract negotiations with customers.

-Have a never-give-up attitude, problem solver, works independently. -Having deep knowledge of various markets and competition and ability to identify the best fitting technology to offer. -Have proven capability to establish good relationship with customers and build trust. -Have good experience in commercial operations or as application engineer or similar client facing role related to technologies for the Energy industry. -Have an Engineering degree. -Be willing to travel as business requires. -Have excellent communication & presentation skills. Fluent in English (written & verbally). -Have very good business acumen and customer centric attitude. -Have very good contract negotiation skills and good knowledge of EPC / New Energy Solutions. -Have demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects successfully. -Be a strong team player, interacting with all supporting functions. Ability to work in cross- functional and cross-cultural teams.
