-Install full mechanical systems (chillers, rooftop units, pumps, plumbing) and fine-tune drive components using laser alignment and vibration analysis tools. -Collaborate with skilled journeymen and support apprentices, sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of talent. -Contribute to high-impact projects that support hospitals, schools, data centers, and more. -Work hands-on with advanced HVAC technology in real-world settings—from rooftop units to sophisticated building automation systems. -Be a trusted technical advisor to our customers—offer solutions, quotes, and insight to ensure maximum system efficiency and reliability. -Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on commercial heating and cooling systems—everything from centrifugal compressors and steam turbines to screw chillers.

What You Bring

-Technically proficient in mechanical alignment and vibration diagnostics. -Capable of working on pumps, fans, towers, chillers, boilers, compressors, and hydrocarbon/ammonia systems. -I am a skilled mechanic with 3-5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience. -Holds a Universal EPA refrigerants license, plus any applicable local/state licenses. -Able to communicate clearly with customers—explaining the problem, root cause, and resolution. -Willing to travel 10–20% as needed and join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
