Oil & Gas - The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets. -Great communication skills both written and verbal. -The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative. -You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have create strong presence on social media to educate about NESF’s opportunities and initiatives -5 years’ experience of 360 recruitment in an agency environment in contracts recruitment.
