Tasks

-Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program -Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills -Accurately manage inventory, inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices, sprinkler, and suppression equipment inventory -Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure the warehouse is safe and secure -Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer. -Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped -Timely and accurately receive parts as it is critical to provide excellent customer service -Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle

What You Bring

-Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees -Strong computer knowledge of computer software to include MS Office -Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly -1+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience -Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives -High School diploma or equivalent -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
