Tasks

-Assisting departmental leads with annual procurement plans and advising on routes to market. -Completing all apprenticeship-related work and attending study sessions and learning events. -Supporting procurement and contract management activities aligned with Thrive’s Strategic Framework. -Carrying out general administrative tasks and supporting wider team projects. -Attending supplier meetings and supporting contract management guidance and training.

Thrive Homes is looking to recruit a keen individual that’s eager to kickstart a career in procurement and supply. We are offering a great opportunity for someone to join the team as a Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprentice. No prior experience is required – just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to personal development. Specific roles within Thrive are subject to a basic DBS check, the successful applicant(s) will be contacted by our People Team if this applies to their role. The role includes a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Procurement & Supply (CIPS). You’ll gain valuable qualifications while developing practical skills in a supportive environment. You will be required one day per week in the office. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office -Flexible background – whether through education or work experience -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
