Tasks

Preparation of material schedules Preparation of cost and value reconciliations To manage a small team of QS’s. Attend site meetings Preparation of monthly valuations Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities Liaise with MQS on claims issues To carry out appraisals with the MQS or appropriate line manager Preparation of final accounts Measuring of sub-contractors work Checking sub contractor’s submissions Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows

What You Bring

Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that Quantification and evaluation of variations -Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects. -Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project. -Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines. -Demonstrated that you are able to manage medium sized projects independently (1 – 5 million). -Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative -Have a minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor before you can be considered for a Senior QS position. -Ability to encourage and support junior members of the team.
