Tasks

-Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and capital improvements. -Recruit, train, and mentor property managers and site teams. -Lead leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. -Partner with on-site teams to ensure strong performance, high resident satisfaction, and operational consistency. -Monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance. -Oversee daily operations across multiple multifamily communities. -Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

-Real Estate License preferred. -Strong leadership and people development skills. -Valid driver’s license (may be required). -5+ years of multifamily property management experience, including regional or multi-site oversight. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software a plus. -Financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting). -Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
