Tasks

-Maintain documentation and records of QA/QC activities, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reports -Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards -Provide training and guidance to project and maintenance teams on quality standards and best practices -Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken -Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance -Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including ISO standards and safety codes -Oversee quality control processes during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of rides, buildings, and utilities -Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals -Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans for all engineering and facilities-related activities -Support handover and acceptance processes by verifying quality deliverables and documentation

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) -Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable -Proficient in quality management systems, audit tools, and reporting software -Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance -Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage -Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills -Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
