Tasks

-Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy. Strengthens current business ties; coordinates meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals. -Follows up in a timely manner on all possible leads. -Establishes and maintains numerous contacts within and outside the industry. -Keeps abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business climate. -Develops the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions. -Conducts surveys to determine promising areas of development. -Develops proposals for services in response to invitations to bid, and provides guidance to proposal team from inception to completion. -Acts as sponsor during project execution. -Negotiates contracts, including secrecy agreements and joint venture agreements. -Acts as sponsor for foreign agent representative(s); negotiates and maintains agent agreement.

What You Bring

-Seasoned capture management professional -The incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills. -10-15+ years diversified experience, primarily within the business development (5-10 years) realm of a large, multinational company -Bachelor's Degree Engineering or Business (or equivalent) -In addition, an exceptional ability to represent the Company favorably, to develop new clients, and to negotiate with key members of other firms, is also required -A thorough understanding of proposal pricing, contract terminology, negotiations with potential clients, and the Company’s policies and business objectives
