The Role

Overview

Ensure safe offshore diving operations meeting ADNOC/IMCA standards.

Tasks

-Submit all records and reports required by ADNOC to the appropriate offices within the company. -He is expected to establish direct contact with Client and whenever necessary with other Bureau Veritas organization. -Ensure the Conducting of job hazard reviews and toolbox meetings with all members of diving team prior to commencing diving activity. -Follow up the development and implementation of emergency/contingency procedures. -Personally verify that all personnel in the dive team are qualified and physically able to perform tasks assigned. -Maintain and submit reports required by ADNOC regulations concerning diving operation and equipment maintenance, testing or repair. -Inspect the diving spread to assure compliance with ADNOC/IMICA standard. -Reporting all accidents or incidents involving personnel or equipment in accordance with reporting procedures Incident and Accident Reporting and Investigation Section as per ADNOC HSE standard. -Reviewing the diving CVs and evaluating the diving team based on the project requirements and ADNOC/IMICA standards. -Follow up the planning and detailed briefing of the diving team and support personnel. -assess the physical condition of the divers prior to each dive to -Ensure diving operations are carried out from a suitable and safe location on the surface, and in compliance with any permit to work. -Critique the dive with the dive team upon completion and instruct the contractor as to improvements in procedures and routines for future dives. -Ensure that all operating instructions, manuals, decompression tables, treatment schedules and regulatory publications are available at the dive location and are maintained to reflect current changes and/or developments.

What You Bring

-Inspected prior to each dive and in good working order. -Final Approval will be subject to individual successful interview. -IMCA Supervisor Ticket with minimum 10 years as diving supervisor in offshore projects. -Competent with diving equipment inspection and audits. -10 Years experience as a supervisor in related Inspections, Maintenance and -UAE Driving license -Have one of HSE certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH,.etc.) -Minimum 3-year university diploma -Suitable for the planned diving operation.
