Tasks

-Ensures that employees are adequately trained, qualified, and fully aware of their responsibilities. Address any training gaps and provide necessary resources. Maintain employee training records and documentation. -Plans and coordinates all activities related to the production of Admixture products to ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders within quality standards. -Responsible for ensuring safety of the site and operational efficiency. This involves monitoring process, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements. -Develops, implements, and reviews programs and work instructions to improve operating efficiencies, product quality, and safety. -Partner with Director of Manufacturing and Engineering department for planning and execution of capital improvements. -Responsible for managing an effective maintenance program for equipment and plant facilities to minimize downtime. -Manage budgets covering labor, supplies, inventory, and other resources by balancing financial constraints while ensuring optimal performance. -Support environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) objectives including employee training and awareness programs as part of a continuous improvement process. -Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) to assure timely communication and training of process related changes to affected employees. -Ensures quality control processes consistently executed to ensure products meet established standards. -Support and participate in internal and external compliance audits. -Effectively build good working relationships with team members across all functions of the business. -Lead and motivate your team. This includes hiring, training, developing, and evaluating employee performance.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft office suite. -Ability to lead by example that is consistent with core values of the business and create a culture that values collaboration and development. -Strong commitment to safety is required with experience in EH&S initiatives. -5 or more years' experience in Construction Chemical manufacturing is preferred. -Ability to work independently and effectively without supervision or guidance. -Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills. -Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve production and quality control issues. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. -5 or more years’ experience in management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent is preferred.
