Executive Assistant providing calendar, travel, compliance, and event support to leadership.

Tasks
-Support business operations by managing mail distribution and routing calls/voicemails from the main line -Manage data entry and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility -Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address them -Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed -Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and company functions -Maintain business licensing, right-to-work documentation, and compliance tracking -Manage ELT calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments -Arrange travel including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries as required -Serve as a liaison between ELT, internal teams, and external stakeholders -Support administrative tasks including expense reports, vendor coordination, and office management

What You Bring
-Interview with SVP HR, Procurement & Contracts -Familiarity with licensing, compliance, or right-to-work documentation preferred -Location: Remote - Colorado (Mountain Time Zone preferred) -Event planning and logistics experience preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace including and especially Google Sheets and Google Slides; experience with project/task management tools a plus -3+ years supporting senior leadership or executive teams -Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities -High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
