Operational Risk and Quality Analyst

Tasks

-Working with multiple stakeholders to collect their key risk indicators on a quarterly basis -Responding to and managing any incidents that are alerted to the risk team, ensuring all information is collected before being closed down. -Assisting the risk manager in bringing in new risk processes that will assist the business in building their risk maturity. -Assisting with collecting relevant information for the reporting at the internal risk committee Quality Control -Assisting the Risk Manager with the day-day running of risk management within the business. -Assist with the quality control of NCP’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) -Assisting with NCP’s yearly insurance renewals. -Building risk maturity throughout the business. -Assist with control testing and reporting. -Assist in conducting risk assessments and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA’s) -Managing the risk register, ensuring all risks are up to date and they have the correct ownership and information. -Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the Standard Operating Documents (SOP’s) do not go out of date before they are updated

-Strong Microsoft Office skills -Strategic thinker who can demonstrate commercial acumen. -Attention to detail with the ability to communicate and negotiate complex issues in a clear and concise manner at all levels within an organisation -A logical, evidence-based approach to problem-solving. -Ability to work in a pressured changing environment to tight deadlines -Background or experience in a risk/compliance role -A proactive, collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
