-Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets -Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development -Support senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment -Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs and financial modeling for high-impact projects -Lead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes -Manage third party consultants as required
