Tasks

-Adheres to company policies and guidelines. -Returns all calls, voicemails and e-mails in a timely manner -Maintains cordial relationship with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers to promote/solicit business -Coordinates the closing between all parties to the escrow -Follows company standards and practices when processing transactions, as well as applicable state laws and guidelines

What You Bring

-Ability to complete routine residential resale, refinance or builder escrow transactions, including document preparation and the accurate preparation and submission of the closing disclosure -Ability to resolve title issues (e.g. corrective deeds, vesting, federal tax liens, abstracts of judgment, bankruptcies, mineral rights, boundary disputes and encroachments) -Minimum of 3 years escrow experience is required -Understands real estate regulations and guidelines. -Knowledge of SoftPro is preferred -Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word -Ability to read and understand title commitments
