Report all maintenance items which include, but is not limited to, burned out lights, broken property or equipment to the Property Operations Manager
Maintains the tennis courts and equipment in proper condition by performing daily duties including cleaning and sweeping playing surfaces, ensuring adequate supply of sweat towels, balls and rackets, and ball picking
Ensure all work areas are neat, clean, and free of trash, debris, and waste
Greets all members and their guests, maintaining the highest quality of customer service
Observes and enforces all rules, regulations, and procedures of the facility and report violations to the Property Operations Manager
Develop positive relationships with members, offering guidance and answering questions about the tennis operations

Preferred Education and Experience; a high school diploma or equivalent.
