Tasks

-Act as the main advisor for customer and third-party coordination across projects. -Conduct assurance reviews before contractor awards when risks are identified. -Provide guidance on customer relations, streetworks, and community investment opportunities. -Assist in developing and maintaining third-party engagement plans and checklists. -You will be a key member of the wider project team striving to meet key project deliverables -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences. -Skilled in task prioritisation and resource management to meet business goals -Degree or relevant professional qualification -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -You will need a passion for delivering great customer service on a variety of construction projects at different stages of the project lifecycle -You will need excellent communication skills to keep our customers and stakeholders informed -Must have a valid driving licence -You will need to passionate about the United Utilities vision of building a stronger, greener and healthier North West -You will need to work collaboratively across different United Utilities business areas -Proven experience in customer service and third-party coordination within construction projects. -Strong technical, commercial, and contractual understanding of water industry projects.
