Design and develop diagnostic tools for Autodesk cloud/on‑prem products to improve supportability.

Tasks

-Research and develop solutions that improve supportability, remove barriers for customers, and add value to Employees and Customers -Support solution development and deployment activities including delivery, acceptance testing, deployment packaging and user-support -Ensure high quality deliverables -Create documentation as appropriate for the solutions developed

What You Bring

-Experience with relational databases, SQL, or similar backend technologies is helpful -Strong understanding of modern frontend / backend frameworks -Self-motivated and proactive, possessing strong desire to learn -4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, or a related degree -Additional language skills are advantageous -Strong skills in C#, C++, CAD development (AutoCAD and/or Revit API preferred) -Experience in Agile Software Development practices and tools (such as Jira, Kanban. Etc.) -Ability to work independently and/or guide other team members to meet deadlines -Experience with Azure and Cloud APIs, or similar cloud technologies is helpful -Experience with version control systems: Git -Strong written and verbal English communication skills -Demonstrate excellence in software development best practices, unit testing and software architecture -Knowledge of Agile software development methodology -Minimum 8 years of experience in the desktop, web, or cloud technology domain
