Tasks
-Develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership. -Contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts. -Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers. -Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. -Provides account business reports. -Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing technology-related solutions for the customer’s problems. -Act as a strategic technology advisor, identifying and delivering tailored solutions in areas such as cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications. -Assists customers in answering technical questions on systems and relevant industry issues. -Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers, IT staff and purchasing. -Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, software, subcontractors, and services for each project. -Prepares, negotiates, and reviews agreement/project scope. -Provides quotes for repairs, change outs, and network solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services. -Developing and maintaining a pipeline of business

If you are problem solver, client-centered, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, C&C welcomes the opportunity to review your qualifications. -Presentation and communication skills -Knowledge of current Network, Wireless, VOIP, UCaaS, Storage, Servers and PC’s, -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Technology Sales experience in the geographic territory of the role -Familiarity with partner ecosystems and vendor programs (e.g., Extreme Networks, -Technical Software or similar technical solutions and partner programs -Microsoft, Dell, VMware) -Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check. -Valid driver’s license -Ability to uncover customer needs and match those needs to appropriate technology solutions -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field -Ability to work effectively in a team environment -Negotiation skills -Experience in Professional Services and Sales Operations -Account Executive and Sales skills; three to five years of technology sales experience preferred
