Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence in a technical service environment.
10 years of in-depth experience with Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Refrigeration) (e.g., ammonia, CO₂, cascade systems), including lifecycle cost management and performance optimization
Advanced ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
Deep understanding of industry standards, compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, IIAR, ASHRAE)
10+ years’ experience in Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia Refrigeration) operations, maintenance management, or service-based project sales, including leadership experience; OR 15+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
