Tasks

*Lead and mentor the in-house legal team* .(Team Handling Experience ) Represent the company in legal and revenue matters across various courts. Scrutinize property and revenue documents for land acquisitions. File applications under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act (Sec 43). Oversee litigation and ensure timely legal follow-ups. Coordinate with external advocates, survey/civic departments, and government bodies. Draft/review legal documents (Agreements, POAs, MOUs, Notices in English & Marathi).
