Tasks

-Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards. -Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy. -Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases. -Help champion an inclusive working environment; empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace; celebrate, welcome, and value the different backgrounds and experiences that make up our workforce; recognize that all team members are valued, regardless of race, background, tenure, or title. -Taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone. -Complete sales orders and tender cash sales. -Maintain inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy. -Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place them in appropriate areas for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary. -Will frequently move about inside the warehouse. -Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service. -Building relationships with customers. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization; invest in building relationships with the Field Operations and Field Support Center team members.

What You Bring

-Workers are required to lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel-toed boots. -Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in. these situations. -Must be able to receive information and directions. -Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; ability to lead, execute and/or delegate as needed, while also collaborating with others to get the job done. -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. -Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations. -Must wear protective gear and steel-toed boots. -Tint pails of stucco and color matching samples. -Must be able to prioritize job site and deadlines. -Ability to use company computer system to enter orders. -Must be able to operate warehouse machinery. -Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers. -Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. -Must be able to manage stress depending on customers’ deadlines. -1-3 years of experience or more preferred. -Must be able to multitask. -High school diploma preferred. -Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur. -Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results.
